The end of a marriage can stir up sadness, anger, relief, fear and everything in between.
Whether your divorce is recent or still unfolding, this group offers a structured, supportive environment to explore grief, co-parenting challenges, dating concerns, and the practical and emotional adjustments that follow separation.

Who it’s for:
- People navigating the practical and emotional adjustments that occur with separation or divorce, including identity shifts, co-parenting stress, financial concerns, or changes in social support.
- All stages of the divorce process are welcome, including but not limited to individuals who are separated, in the process of divorcing, or recently divorced and seeking emotional support.
What to expect:
- A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
- A space to process grief and loss, explore changing roles and relationships, and begin envisioning what comes next, without pressure to “move on” before you’re ready.
Skills you will learn:
- Setting boundaries with former partners and others
- Navigating co-parenting or ongoing communication more effectively
- Rebuilding confidence and stability during transition
- How to respond rather than reacting during conflict
- Coping with financial or lifestyle changes
- Understanding and rebuilding who you are outside of your marriage
