Eating Disorders
Beyond their toll on your physical being, eating disorders can carry constant mental noise, shame and anxiety.
This is a supportive space where you can learn to untangle relationships with food, and form more fulfilling relationships with your fellow peers in recovery.

Who it’s for:
- Adults in disordered eating or eating disorder recovery who seek support and understanding.

What to expect:
- A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
- There is no pressure to talk or share your experience. This is about creating a safe space to reconnect with yourself without comparison or judgment.
Skills you will learn:
- How to have space and grace with yourself during recovery
- Connecting to others with compassion and authenticity
- Navigating difficult emotions without using food or control
- Coping with urges and triggers
- Reconnecting with hunger, fullness and fatigue cues
- Practicing self-compassion without pressure to “love your body”
Your Group Leader
Laura Zinger
I’m a former Executive Director of the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), where I helped pilot online eating disorder support groups and saw how accessible communities support recovery. After developing an eating disorder at 14, I found recovery through therapy and groups, and I’m honored to support others in becoming stronger than their disorder.
