For Men Navigating the Dating World

When dating feels unfair, confusing or stacked against you, it can start to shape how you see yourself and others.

This group focuses on building self-respect, emotional awareness and relationship skills that support real connection, rather than frustration or withdrawal.

Scroll down for more details or sign up below.

Who it’s for:

  • Men who experience repeated rejection, loneliness or confusion about dating, and who want to better understand their emotions, patterns and beliefs around relationships.
  • This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space for those open to self-reflection, skill-building and personal growth.
  • Adult heterosexual, cisgender men. Additional groups for LGBTQ+ men and other communities are currently in development.

What to expect:

  • A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
  • Thoughtful discussion and support about real dating challenges from others facing similar struggles.
  • The group emphasizes actionable insight and personal development rather than venting or advice-giving.

Skills you will learn:

  • Recognizing and shifting unhelpful dating patterns
  • Letting go of rigid beliefs that limit connection
  • Building confidence rooted in self-respect rather than comparison
  • Tolerating uncertainty and disappointment without shutting down
  • Developing attraction through authenticity rather than performance
