Imposter Syndrome
(weekends only)
Many high-achieving, capable people quietly struggle with the fear of being “found out.”
Whether you’re navigating a promotion, academic pressures, creative work or leadership, this peer-run group centers on recognizing shared experiences, reducing shame and building confidence rooted in self-trust rather than constant overperformance.

Who it’s for:
- Professionals, creatives, students and leaders who feel anxious about being exposed as “not good enough.” This group centers on normalizing imposter feelings while helping you develop a more balanced, compassionate view of your competence. This includes but is not limited to BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and first-generation people.
- Those who minimize accomplishments, attribute success to luck, or feel stuck in cycles of comparison and self-criticism. You don’t have to be in crisis, just ready to explore the patterns that keep you doubting yourself.
What to expect:
- A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
- A space to unpack perfectionism, overworking and internalized pressure in a way that feels grounding, rather than overwhelming.
- This group emphasizes connection, insight and practical tools over productivity hacks or surface-level confidence strategies.
Skills you will learn:
- Managing comparison in high-achieving environments
- Navigating visibility, promotions and praise without heightened anxiety
- Setting realistic standards that support growth rather than burnout
- Tolerating uncertainty without assuming you are unqualified
