Mack Alves, M.A.
My work focuses on helping individuals and people in relationships better understand the patterns shaping intimacy, trust, communication, joy, meaning and connection. I bring a relational, agency-driven and values-informed approach that welcomes diverse identities and relationship structures. My goal is to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where members can slow down, hear themselves more clearly and move toward choices that feel intentional rather than pressured or conflicted.
