Online and Video Game Addiction

Gaming or online activity can begin as connection, stress relief, or escape.

But for many people, it can start to feel difficult to control, and may even affect your work, relationships, or mood.

This group offers a supportive space to uncover underlying reasons for screen time, reduce shame, and build healthier ways to engage with technology and daily life.

Scroll down for more details or sign up below.

Who it’s for:

  • Individuals whose video game or internet use is interfering with sleep, productivity, in-person relationships, or emotional well-being, and who are open to exploring change in a supportive setting.
  • This group is not anti-gaming. Rather, it focuses on ways to reintroduce balance back into your life.
  • All levels of struggle are welcome. You do not need a formal diagnosis.

What to expect:

  • A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
  • A safe space where technology use is discussed without judgment. The goal is not immediate elimination, but greater awareness, balance, and choice.

Skills you will learn:

  • Creating realistic limits without extreme restriction
  • Recognizing triggers that lead to excessive gaming or online use
  • Coping with stress, boredom, or loneliness without defaulting to screens
  • Reconnecting with interests, relationships, and goals outside the screen
