Reclaiming Your Time
Our phones make it possible to fill almost every pause in the day. Add work, messages, entertainment, errands and everything else competing for our attention, and it can become surprisingly rare to simply stop.
This is a 45-minute interactive workshop about noticing where your attention goes, making room to hear what is already there and reconnecting with the experiences, relationships and parts of life that make you feel most alive.
This isn’t about giving up your phone. It’s about making sure your life stays bigger than what fits inside it.

Who it’s for:
- People who feel like their days disappear into scrolling, work, or constant busyness and want to reconnect with what makes life feel meaningful.

- Someone who doesn’t want to quit their phone, but wants their life to feel bigger than what’s happening on it.
What to expect:
- A guided, interactive workshop combining brief reflection, writing and practical exercises.
- Opportunities to notice what happens when a moment is intentionally left unfilled and what thoughts, feelings, ideas or needs emerge when constant input stops.
- Activities including the Burn-It Journal, When Life Felt Alive reflection and Building Your Bigger Life, designed to move from awareness toward practical changes you can bring into everyday life.
- A nonjudgmental approach to technology. Your phone is not treated as the enemy; instead, you will explore what else you may want your time and attention to have room for.
- Attendance in this workshop is anonymous and participation via the chat function is purely optional

Your Group Leader
Bran Morgan, M.A., M.P.S.
My work focuses on helping people notice the patterns shaping how they use their attention, time and energy, and create more intentional room for connection, rest, enjoyment, curiosity and meaning. I bring a practical, non-shaming approach to conversations about building a life worth living. My goal is not to tell people to use their phones less, but to help them become more intentional about what they want their time to contain and build a life that feels bigger than the scroll.
