Support for Seniors

(weekends only)

Later life can bring meaningful reflection and unexpected changes such as shifts in identity, independence, relationships and health. We can even feel like we’re being erased by society as we age.

This group provides a safe, respectful space to talk openly about these changes, share experiences and learn practical tools for emotional resilience, connection, well-being and community.

Scroll down for more details or sign up below.

Who it’s for:

  • Seniors 55+ who are adjusting to retirement, experiencing changes in health or independence, grieving the loss of a partner or friends or simply feeling more isolated than you once did.
  • Older adults who feel unsure about a sense of purpose, and even resentment for the way elders are treated in society. This is a community that values seniors’ past, present and future contributions to our world.

What to expect:

  • A remote, weekly, 90-minute zoom call with a community of up to 30 group members.
  • A steady, respectful space to explore life transitions, mixed emotions and changing roles without judgment or pressure to “stay positive.”
  • Participation is always optional. Listening is just as welcome as sharing.

Skills you will learn:

  • Exploring identity and purpose beyond career roles, caregiving roles or past responsibilities
  • Building resilience in the face of uncertainty while honoring the full range of emotions that come with aging.
  • Strengthening boundaries while maintaining connection with adult children, family members and caregivers
