Bran Morgan
AMFT Associate Therapist
Bilingual: Spanish / English
Bran is an associate marriage and family therapist who earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
His therapeutic approach is relational, humanistic-existential, trauma-informed and non-pathologizing. He integrates approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method while creating space to understand what emotions, patterns and relationships may be trying to communicate.
Bran works with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples and polyamorous/ENM relationships navigating identity, intimacy, trauma, trust, sex, communication, relational agreements, infidelity, rupture and repair, family conflict and major life transitions. His work is sex-positive, kink-aware and affirming of diverse identities and relationship structures.
As a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking therapist with a background in linguistics, education and work with culturally diverse communities, Bran pays close attention to the ways culture, language, identity and broader systems can shape a person’s life and relationships. He approaches therapy with curiosity about both the circumstances that influence us and the agency we can exercise in creating lives and relationships that feel more fully chosen.
Ultimately, Bran is interested in therapy as a place to design the life you want to live.
Are we making this decision out of fear, or out of love? A life does not just happen; it gets built around habits, fears, loyalties, desires, and repeated ways of relating. Therapy can be a place to study that design closely: to see what your life has been organized around, what it keeps producing, and what may need to be revised, rebuilt, or chosen more intentionally.
