Cherie Park
AMFT & APCC Associate Therapist
Cherie Park works with individuals, couples, and adolescents to explore their inner world, deepen emotional insight and better understand how they relate to themselves and others. Her approach is grounded in exploring early childhood experiences and attachment patterns to uncover the roots of present-day struggles, including anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, loneliness, grief, life transitions and relationship difficulties. Cherie practices through a trauma-informed lens and is EMDR-trained, helping clients process painful memories and unresolved experiences to develop healthier patterns of coping and connection.
In her couples work, she integrates Gottman Method principles and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen communication, deepen emotional attunement, improve conflict resolution, and foster more secure and connected relationships. Cherie is LGTBQIA+, Neurodivergent and Poly/kink affirming.
